Brad Greenstein currently serves as the principal of Recovery Associates, LLC, a behavioral health and addiction treatment consulting company.
Mr. Greenstein has over 18 years of experience in the behavioral health industry with a focus on leadership, operations, reimbursement strategies, and business development. He has extensive experience with startup organizations, and multi-state systems, as well as program development and new business line expansions.
Mr. Greenstein previously served as the New England Regional Director & CEO of the Boston Center for Addiction Treatment for Recovery Centers of America, Inc. (RCA). He was a part of the original management team tasked with creating the overall business plan for RCA and securing over $300M in private equity funding through Deerfield Management in New York, NY.
Prior to RCA, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Spectrum Health Systems, a comprehensive behavioral healthcare system with operations in multiple states and revenue in excess of $60M.
Mr. Greenstein has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Las Vegas Recovery Center and was involved with the initial startup team which developed the nationally recognized substance abuse treatment agency.
Mr. Greenstein has served on the board of a number of community and national non-profit agencies including Foundation for Recovery, Inc. and PACT Coalition for Safe and Drug-Free Communities. He was also appointed by the State of Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval to serve on the State of Nevada Mental Health Planning and Advisory Council along with the State of Nevada Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Advisory Board. He previously served on the National Advisory Board of SelfRefind, a growing multistate office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) provider.
